Bellingham Classes

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Court Power and Footwork

    Explode To Every Ball

Win the race to the kitchen. Monday builds the lateral power and quick-twitch footwork that get you to balls you used to just watch go by — skater bounds, reactive speed work, and agility drills that sharpen your first step and your split-step. You'll move lighter, react faster, and cover the whole court. We cap it with strength and injury-proofing, then 30 minutes of live play to put it to work.

  • Court Strength and Agility

    Court Strength and Agility

    Drive Through Your Game

Strong up the middle, sharp side to side. Wednesday builds the up-and-back power that drives your third shots and lets you burst off the line, paired with lateral plyometrics and agility work that make your direction changes instant. Layer on strength and injury prevention, then take it straight to 30 minutes on the court.

  • Injury Prevention, Mobility and Recovery

Stay On The Court For Good

The day that keeps you playing. We restore what the week took out — easy movement, Knees-Over-Toes work that bulletproofs your knees, and mobility for the hips, shoulders, and ankles pickleball punishes. You'll feel looser, move cleaner, and protect the game you love for the long haul. Your regular Thursday class stays exactly the same.
